LorbyLiveTraffic 1.70 released

Hello @ll,

LorbyLiveTraffic has now gained a "Hybrid" mode. When you own the RealTraffic client, LLTX will let the simulator handle approaches and departures, and switch the aircraft to "live" mode when they are en route. 
Several bugfixes and improvements to the existing logic have been added as well.
