Lorby Live Traffic updated to 1.04

Lorby Live Traffic has been updated:

- It can now make use of the RealTraffic app (by Inside Systems) as a datasource
- The new models from Ultimate Traffic Live have been added as an additional database

Great news about using RealTraffic as a data source, does it work with version 1.02 or the latest version of LLTX only? Cheers!
